Position Overview
Noverant Inc., a leading SaaS provider of enterprise Learning Management System (LMS)
solutions, is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Engagement and Proposal Analyst. This
individual will lead the full lifecycle of customer acquisition efforts—from evaluating generated
leads and solution positioning to proposal submission and contract award.


The ideal candidate will bring strong process acumen, experience working with RFP-driven sales
cycles, and familiarity with AI tools to enhance productivity and strategy. If you are passionate
about driving growth through structured business development and have a knack for translating
customer needs into compelling LMS proposals, we want to hear from you.

Pipeline Management

Collaborate with lead generation vendors and tools to ensure a healthy pipeline of
qualified LMS opportunities.

Maintain and continuously refine our CRM-based lead and account database for
segmentation, targeting, and lifecycle marketing.
Proposal Management & Sales Enablement

Develops proposals, bids, quotations, RFP responses, or other documents describing
organizational products and services in response to requests from prospective clients

Collaborates and coordinates with internal contributors and subject matter experts to
ensure content is complete, accurate, and maximizes business opportunities

Own the proposal lifecycle from intake to submission—meeting deadlines and
maintaining high quality standards throughout.

Leverage AI tools to accelerate proposal writing, knowledge reuse, and document
tailoring.


Demonstrations & Internal Engagement

Coordinate and manage LMS platform demonstrations, including scheduling, internal
stakeholder prep, and post-demo follow-up.

Draft and evolve demo scripts that reflect customer learning needs, compliance goals, and
integration requirements.

Upon contract award, own and manage the hand off process to internal stakeholders to
ensure a successful implementation.


Sales Strategy & Opportunity Capture

Analyze past wins/losses to define win strategies for government and commercial
opportunities.

Perform competitive intelligence and value mapping aligned to SaaS LMS features,
including cost, compliance, integrations, scalability, etc.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or equivalent experience in
a related field

3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, proposal management, or business
development—preferably in the learning technologies space.

Experience using or managing AI tools to support sales or marketing functions.

Strong process orientation and ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficiency with CRM systems and related automation tools

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with Learning Management Systems, compliance management, SCORM
standards, or content-authoring tools.

Experience working with public-sector customers or regulated industries.

Knowledge of SaaS contract terms and subscription models.
