At Noverant, our goal is to satisfy 100 percent of an organization’s learning and development requirements and ensure that our service meets your operational needs. That’s why we developed our unique Noverant Customer Advisory Board (CAB), composed exclusively of our existing enterprise clients.

The CAB allows our clients to prioritize our research and development (R&D) and shape our roadmap of new features and services - at no additional cost!

Clients will generally see their requested changes and improvements implemented by Noverant within upcoming releases. Since starting the CAB more than 18 years ago, Noverant has released an average of 3-4 CAB-driven releases every year.
