At Noverant, our goal is to satisfy 100 percent of an organization’s training requirements and ensure that our software and solutions meet your operational needs. That’s why we developed our unique Noverant Technology Advisory Board (TAB), composed exclusively of our existing enterprise clients.
We are proud to partner with our clients through TAB so that we can constantly improve the functionality of the system. This allows you the opportunity to prioritize how we spend our research and development (R&D) dollars, at no cost to you.
We send out quarterly surveys and then discuss the completed survey with you, either face-to-face or over the phone. Clients will generally see their requested changes and improvements implemented by Noverant within upcoming releases. Since starting the TAB more than 15 years ago, Noverant has released an average of three or four TAB-driven releases every year.
