We send out quarterly surveys and then discuss the completed survey with you, either face to face or over the phone. We ask our clients, “What are your operational needs? What would you like to see in the next software release?” Clients will generally see their requested changes and improvements implemented by Noverant – at no additional cost – within the very next software release. Since starting the TAB more than five years ago, Noverant has released an average of three or four TAB-driven releases every year.
To give you some recent examples, TAB members have requested Single Sign-On (SSO) functionality, seamless import/export to SAP enterprise systems and automated email reporting customized at the user level. In these and many other cases, clients had the functionality they requested in about 6-9 months.
