Noverant Releases Teterboro Airport Noise Abatement

Raleigh, NC – Noverant, Inc., a provider of online training, compliance and document verification systems to regulated industries, today announced the launch of its Teterboro Airport operations compliance training.

“Teterboro airport is located in the heart of the New York metropolitan airspace with extensive operations that provide tremendous economic value to the neighboring communities,” said Dennis O’Connor, Manager of Noise and Environmental Compliance at AvPorts, for Teterboro Airport. “Our primary objective is to make up-to-date information and training as accessible as possible. By placing our regulations on the web through Noverant, we’re ensuring easy compliance with good-neighbor policies that the community wants operators and passengers to follow.”

Noverant Certified

“The online notifications, training modules and verification of training is a win-win for the Teterboro facility, pilots and the community,” stated Jim Tringas, Director of Marketing for Noverant. “The online service is an efficient means of distributing up-to-the-minute information effectively and efficiently. Pilots, dispatchers and flight departments no longer have to search for updated authorization forms, airport taxiway diagrams or new noise abatement procedures—they’re sent automatically and can be accessed from any computer. Furthermore, all training is recorded in a government-approved electronic transcript, and so corporate flight departments and charter operators have a reliable means to verify compliance.”

Noverant’s online service is a full information, training and compliance management system. The Teterboro Operations certification includes the current FAA airport taxiway diagram, Teterboro Five Departure procedure, and Noise Abatement program, which includes ANCA-approved noise rules and recommended procedures. As these requirements change, users are automatically notified and provided new training, which is then documented upon completion. “Four days after going live with our online training, we wanted to make a minor revision and made the request of Noverant. Noverant followed their rigorous quality assurance process and the new version was available to all registered-pilots within one hour of our approval,” O’Connor said. “We no longer have to worry about conflicting information. This is the future for Teterboro.”

The training is available free of charge to current Noverant subscribers. To register for the Teterboro operations training or for information about Noverant’s Compliance Management and Training Service, contact help@noverant.com.
